NOTE: In order to participate in yoga, you must sign the waiver form.

Here’s what you’ll need for the Yoga Class:

• Comfortable clothes
• Yoga mat
• Yoga blocks (optional)
• Water
• Pillows
• Blanket
• A small towel or eye pillow
• Your laptop/tablet
• Optional candles, essential oils or décor to make it a cozy and relaxing experience
