Day 12 of 30 in 30: Hospital Visits And The Workers Behind Them

A beautiful part of what we, at Crafting for a Cure do, is face-to-face hospital visits, which would be absolutely impossible without all of the hard work from the child life specialists, child youth workers and nurses. They work with children and their families in the hospitals to help them cope with the challenges of hospitalization and their illness and they are our support staff. They run the programs in the hospitals when we aren’t there to do it, and they ensure the continuity of the smiles in the hospital. We want to sincerely thank these incredible people for everything they do. Every time we step onto the pediatric floor, we are inspired by your hard work!
